The BDC Group™ owns and operates an extensive and diverse portfolio of residential, office, retail, and industrial assets throughout the Northeast region. Since 2017, the BDC Group™ has developed more than a dozen properties, including over 300 apartment units, 100+ luxury condominiums, and 3 state-of-the-art self-storage facilities. Each property is guided toward its best use through thoughtful, patient, and focused management with an emphasis on responsible operation and value creation.

Proximity and design greatly affect the neighborhoods in which we build. Whether urban or rural, we consider communal influence from acquisition onward. We develop for the benefit of the community in a way that stimulates appropriate economic growth while revitalizing stale inventory and streamlining inefficient planning.
A rigorous, collaborative analysis of each project is performed to determine feasibility and model realistic scenarios for acceptable yields and return of capital.
